Restaurante "Lopes"

Depois de um pequeno interregno cá estamos para mais uma crítica. Desta vez fomos ao restaurante "Lopes" no Bairro de Almeirim. Decoração simples, iluminado e com bom ambiente. Como entradas, houve direito a tudo: Ovos de codorniz, cogumelos naturais e polvo. Conhecido pelos grelhados, não quisemos fugir à especialidade e pedimos "lagartos" com migas de espargos, a carne estava bem grelhada e tenra.

Sim ainda deu para provar picanha com feijão preto e arroz...

Excelente tudo!! Ainda para mais com a possibilidade das guarnições não serem fixas, o que dá para "inventar". Gostei da cerveja poder vir em várias medidas consoante a vontade do freguês... Experimentei o esparregado também e estava muito macio, sem ter muita farinha e sem estar em papa, muito bem! De seguida (como se não estivesse bem) arrematei com uma baba de camelo caseira. Sim, caseira mesmo e não caseira tipo semifrio como diz um amigo meu. Não esperámos muito tempo e a eficiência dos empregados estava bem patente.
Fazem sugestões de pratos para o dia seguinte, combatem assim as indecisões.
Não é dos sítios mais baratos que já comi, mas vale a pena a visita.

After a short break we're here for more criticism. This time we went to the restaurant "Lopes" in District Almeirim. Simply decorated and well lit environment. As starters, we were entitled to everything: Quail eggs, wild mushrooms and octopus. Known for grilled meat, we couldn´t escape the specialty and ask "lizards" (pork meat) with creamed asparagus, the meat was tender and nicely grilled.

Yes we had to taste "picanha" with black beans and rice ...

Everything was excelent! Even more, with the possibility of changing the guarnish you can always try different combos. A plus: the beer can come in various sizes depending on the wishes of the customer ... I tried the spinach and it was very soft, without too much flour, very well! Then (as if I wasn´t full enough...) I ended with a homemade dessert called camel drool (not very appealing in English, but very good). REAL HOME MADE! We did not wait too long and the efficiency of the employees was evident.
The restaurant gives suggestions of dishes for the next day, so fight the indecision.
It is not the cheapest places I've ever eaten, but it's worth the visit.
