As entradas foram normais, salada de polvo, manteigas, febras em vinagrete. Bebida à vontade do freguês desde que fosse água, cerveja, vinho, sumos ou sangrias. Destacou-se logo a simpatia da empregada que nunca perdeu o sorriso nem a simpatia mesmo sob pressão.
Seguiu-se o prato principal: Lombo de porco com bacon e puré de maçã.
O puré de maçã estava muito bom, o lombo normal (não há muita ciência no que toca a lombo no forno). Depois mousse de chocolate.
Pontos positivos, o ambiente que aquela casa já nos habituou, excepto ser uma casa de música ao vivo pautada pela devoção ao rock e enquanto os músicos não começaram, meterem house music... não se faz ali...
As sangrias muito boas (do que me lembro delas) e a comida em si cumpriu a sua função sem deslumbrar. Por 13 euros/pax não se podia pedir mais mas não deslumbrou.

Good morning! On this occasion it was a little different because I tried dinner at the "new" Molhóbico, with new management, but in a birthday party. We were around 20 people. Entries were normal, octopus salad, butter, steak in vinagrette. Drinks was at will of the customer as long as it was water, beer, wine, juices or sangria. I want just highlight the friendly maid who never lost her smile or friendliness even under pressure.
Pork loin with bacon and apple sauce was the main course. (photo above).
The apple sauce was very good, normal loin (there is not much science regarding pork loin in the oven). After that, chocolate mousse. Good aspects, the environment that that house already accustomed us, except be a live music venue and while the musicians did not start, they had house music for us... don´t do that in a place like Molhóbico that´s a rock bar... Very good sangrias (from what I remember of it) and the food itself served its purpose without dazzle. For 13 euros / person I could not ask for more but I was not dazzled.
